We're a unique yoga studio dedicated to restoring the essence of Yoga and Ayurveda and how they complement one another!

Founder, Jamie Laputka, and any of her guest instructors, are  here to help inspire both you and your practice.  Jamie continues to grow daily in her spiritual and physical yoga practice as a student and teacher.
